With a robust academic background encompassing a BSc, MSc, and Ph.D., I have seamlessly integrated and applied key management theories and human resource management. This integration has refined my ability to cater to both student and customer needs, aligning contemporary HRM theories and trends with practical applications in teaching and industry.
In the industrial sector, I have collaborated with consulting firms to provide services to notable organizations, including the Egypt Company for Food Industries, the Central Body for Organization and Management, the Social Fund for Development, and Ted-Lamond. Additionally, I have conducted numerous training programs covering topics such as successful HR management practices, effective leadership and administrative communication, customer satisfaction.
Teaching Philosophy
I believe effective learning and teaching hinge on a strong relationship between the instructor and the learner, fostering the achievement of educational goals. This process is supported by a variety of strategies rooted in essential educational principles, which draw on cognitive functioning, learning theory, and diverse approaches to promote active learning, engagement, real-world application, and lifelong learning opportunities.
